Chirality in Crystals Satellite meeting

Within the framework of the next European Crystallographic Meeting (ECM33), which will be held in Versailles (France), from 23^th to 27^th August 2022, we are organizing a satellite meeting dedicated to Chirality in Crystals. This meeting will be held in parallel with a second satellite meeting on Functional material under Pressure at the VVF Club Intense in Lege-Cap-Férret France. Transportation from Bordeaux (a two-hour train ride from Paris) to the resort will be provided.

Three plenary lectures covering both topics - Pressure and Chirality - are planned, to be given by Andrzej Katrusiak (Univ. Poznan, Poland), Simon Parsons (Univ. Edinburgh, Scotland), and Flavia Pop (Univ. Angers, France).

The meetingwill focus on meeting will cover the different aspects of chirality in the solid state and the contributions of crystallography to investigate properties of chiral crystals.
